Hold a current full Australian car licence or higher class licence

Complete a TLI41225 Certificate IV in Motor Vehicle Driver Training

Hold a current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration

Pass a medical fitness assessment (less than 6 months old) and hold public liability insurance of at least $5,000,000

Apply to Access Canberra with your dual-control vehicle inspected and approved by the Road Transport Authority
